Ashamed to say that I was a Davis hater back in the day, but I grew to love him.  He has such a deeper character than what we see on the surface, and people take that for granted.  I actually read a fanfic that really sparked my love for Davis, called Walkabout by Silver1, and that’s when I started to see a more complex side of him in canon. Is Davis my favorite gogglehead? No, Tai and Takuya beat him out for that spot.  But do I love him and think that he is an amazing character in his own right?  Absolutely.
