Hello, Sadie here! Once upon a time this blog was made to post information about my fanfictions, and now Tumblr has captured me and has turned me into a tumbling reblogging machine with the occasional witty OP from me.

I'm a 21 year old aerospace engineering nerd with a passion for my favorite fandoms. I've made a list that can be found at the link on the top left, but that definitely is incomplete! I'll add to it as I think of it :)

…trying to locate where Takuya would live in relation to Jiyugaoka Station, the station from which he takes the train to Shibuya Station.  I think I actually found the intersection where Takuya almost gets run over by the truck, or an intersection very much resembling it.  And it’s oriented the right way and everything, since the sun was setting down a certain street in the show, and that direction is West on Google Maps.  I even used Street View to make sure, and there’s the road on a hill on which Takuya lives.  And this intersection is 11 minutes walking distance from Jiyugaoka Station.  Since Takuya had a little less than 5 minutes to get there, and he was running the whole time, this is a totally plausible distance.

Yay research for fanfiction!!

Now that I (think I) know where Takuya lives, I can start looking into schools in the area and such. :)

I love that the Digimon series uses the actual layout of Japan for its scenes ^_^
